Integrative
Combining my background as a board certified clinical pharmacist with science-based breathwork certifications from the Buteyko Clinic and NordicFlow, my goal is to provide you with a structured support system as you integrate breath practices into your daily routine and lifestyle.
If you are on medications for chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, asthma, anxiety, or insomnia - we will work on a breath plan with the goal of reducing medication-use over time as we improve your breathing and health.
If you're not currently taking any medications, we'll focus on breathing techniques to support your health and potentially prevent the need for future medication use.

Personalized
Dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.
Our initial session will be focused on understanding your needs, goals, and motivation behind pursuing breathwork. We will go over methods to measure your baseline breath health so that we can track your progress over time. A breathwork plan will be developed that is tailored to achieve your wellness goal.
Examples of wellness goals include reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, improve mental focus and clarity.

Targeted
Your individual breath plan will focus on specific breath practices designed to address your identified goals.
Examples of breathing exercises include box breathing, mini breath holds, coherent breathing, deep diaphragmatic breathing, and more. For more advanced breathwork practices, we will shift focus to hormetic breathing exercises such as hypoxic, hypercapnic and/or hypocapnic techniques.

1:1 coaching sessions are done virtually so you can choose the environment that is most comfortable for you.
If you live in Leavenworth, Cashmere, or Wenatchee Valley, in-person coaching can be arranged as well.
Investment: $50/60 min session
There is no set number of sessions — every individual’s path towards wellness is unique. You are encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you, with the freedom to decide how many sessions you need based on your goals and progress. This work is most meaningful when it’s guided by your own readiness and commitment. I’m here to support you — with care, respect, and intention.
